today is the first day of the rest of my life. i will paint more. i will try to paint every day. it's winter-time here in columbus, indiana so it's cold and i can't be outside a lot...except for brisk walks with my husband davey and our golden retriever nellie. but i have loads of painting fodder here in my home...and five grandchildren...and burned-in images of our home away from home, st. simons island, georgia....a painter's paradise. so we'll see..... meanwhile, i'll try and post some of the paintings i've done in the past - many of them now gone to good homes
